Discounts:

Seniors (65 or over), Veterans, Fire Fighters, law enforcement  and Students (ID required).

 

Insurance:

Lina is a preferred provider for some insurance carriers. 

 If  your  insurance plan  provide acupuncture benefit for out of network providers.  We will generate a Super bill for you. A Super bill is an invoice with all insurance codes for the treatments performed at the time of your visit. You'll submit the Super bill to your insurance carrier for full or partial reimbursement depending on your policy/insurance plan.

Our time is as precious as yours. Please allow 24 hours notice by phone to change or cancel your appointment to avoid charges.

We accept cash, checks, HSA (Health Saving Amount) and major credit cards

 Acupuncture treatment may include cupping, Gua Sha, and/or Tui NA massage. Herbal medicine and supplement fees may vary.
